Why do I have to test my backflow preventer?
Most cities, counties, and water providers require annual testing to make sure the device is actually stopping contaminated water from entering the drinking water supply. If it fails or isn’t tested, you can receive notices, fines, or risk interruption.
What happens if my device fails?
We’ll explain what failed, what repair is needed, and your options. We handle repairs and re-testing, plus the certification paperwork once it passes.
I got a notice / letter — what should I do?
Call 941 267 1701 or email us a photo of the letter. Tell us the deadline on it and we’ll schedule you by appointment — or faster if it’s urgent.
Do you serve my area?
We serve Sarasota County, Charlotte County, and Lee County, Florida. If you’re in one of those counties, you’re in our service area.
